Nuclear Medicine Technologist Schools located in the Central Chapter: The Central Chapter currently has around thirty schools which offer programs in nuclear medicine technology. Each program offers a variety of curriculums from Certificate, Associate, and Bachelor Degrees in Nuclear Medicine Technology. Course requirements vary from school to school, but students can expect a competitive learning experience. Graduates from these programs may be eligible to take the nuclear medicine technology national certification examination offered by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) or the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). One or both of these exams are required for employment in most states.
