Attendees will learn what the effects the current pandemic is having, and will continue to have, on how we do our jobs and how we train our future technologists.

Objectives:

• Summarize the overall impact of COVID-19 on healthcare imaging.
• Describe specific impacts to nuclear medicine imaging daily practice including scheduling, cleaning, and student programs.
• Give examples of federal relief initiatives for healthcare during the COVID-19 pandemic.

VOICE:  The SNMMI, through its Verification of Involvement in Continuing Education (VOICE) program, has approved this meeting for a maximum of 1.0 continuing education hours (CEHs). VOICE-approved credit is recognized by most licensure states and by the NMTCB and ARRT as Category A credit. Participants will receive CE credit for those sessions at which they were present a minimum of 80%.
